You don't need a finished design. Send us your logo, colours and a few ideas, and we'll turn them into a mock-up for you to approve. Nothing is made until you're happy with it.

What is sublimation?
Sublimation dyes your design into the fabric instead of printing it on top. That means it won't peel, crack or fade, the garment stays light and breathable, and there's no limit on colours or where your logos go. The whole garment can be your design, front, back and sleeves.
How much will it cost?
Prices start from $42 a garment and drop as you order more. See the price table at the top of this page. On top of that, there's a $110 design fee on your first order and a $49.50 small order fee on orders under 20 garments. Logos, names and numbers are included. We'll confirm your exact price with your mock-up.
What's the minimum order?
10 garments. You can mix sizes, names and numbers in the one order. Ordering 20 or more saves you the small order fee and gets you a lower price per garment.
Can each shirt have its own name and number?
Yes, and it's included in the price. Just send us a list of each person's size, name and number when you approve your design.
Do I need a finished design?
No. Send us your logo, your colours and a few ideas, even a photo or a quick sketch, and our team will design it for you. The $110 design fee covers your mock-up and changes. If you have your own design, send it through and we'll set it up.
What should I send for my logo?
The best quality version you have. A PDF, AI, EPS or SVG file is ideal, as it stays sharp at any size. A large PNG or JPG also works. Don't have a good copy? Send what you've got and we'll let you know if it needs redrawing.
How long will my order take?
About 4 to 6 weeks after you approve your mock-up and send your sizes. Sublimated garments are made to order, so if you need them for a season start, carnival or event, tell us your deadline before you order and get in early.
How do I get the right sizes?
Check the men's, women's and kids size guides in the photos at the top of this page. We also have some samples to try on in our Tumby Bay shop. For clubs, a sample kit can be purchased so your members can try sizes before you order. Ask us about it in your quote request.
What fabrics and styles can I choose?
Polos come in Polyblue or Polydex fabric, in short or long sleeve. T-shirts come in round or V neck, short or long sleeve. Extras include cotton-backed fabric (+$3), a 3/4 zip polo (+$3) and a concealed placket (+$3). Not sure which to choose? Tell us what they'll be used for and we'll help.
Can we reorder later?
Yes. We keep your design on file, and reorders of the same design have no design fee. It's great for new players or members joining later. The 10 garment minimum still applies.
How will my order get to me?
You can collect it from our shop in Tumby Bay, or we'll post it to you, Australia wide. We'll let you know as soon as it's ready.
How do I look after my garments?
Wash cold, inside out, with similar colours. Don't use bleach or fabric softener, and line dry out of direct sun if you can. Avoid ironing over the design. Looked after like this, your garments will stay bright for years.
What if something's wrong with my order?
If something arrives faulty or doesn't match the mock-up you approved, we'll fix it. Because every garment is made to order from your approved design and size list, we can't offer refunds for a change of mind, wrong sizes ordered, or spelling mistakes in names you supplied. Please check your mock-up and size list carefully before you approve. Contact us and we'll sort it out.
