Returns & Refunds Policy

TB Print

At TB Print, all printing and merchandise is custom made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Custom & Personalised Items

Due to the customised nature of our products:

• No returns for incorrect size selection.

• No returns for change of mind.

• No refunds for spelling errors approved at proof stage.

• No refunds for minor colour variations between screen and print.

Please carefully check all sizes, spelling, names, numbers and artwork before confirming your order.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

We will replace or refund an item if:

• It arrives damaged.

• It is faulty.

• You receive the wrong item.

• There is a printing error made by TB Print.

If there is an issue, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
