To ensure clear, professional results, always upload your file in high resolution.
We accept the following file types:

• PDF (recommended)
• .png (must be high-quality, at least 300 DPI)

Artwork provided is assumed to have full ownership by the customer.

The customer must obtain necessary permissions to use the artwork provided and tick "Yes" in the permission box when the order is placed.

We do not perform copywrite or trademark checks.

If an error occurs during printing of BYO garments, we cannot source replacements or offer reimbursements.

It is encouraged that the customer supply extra garments to cover potential errors that may occur.

Customers assume all risks when supplying their own garments.

We cannot guarantee print quality on BYO garments.

We will not print on dirty, damaged, or dated garments. Prints work best on clean and fresh garments.
